Located near Ashbourne, this stunning barn conversion is surrounded by greenery and open spaces. It is the perfect backdrop for a retreat away from the hustle and bustle of daily life!
Here we will enjoy a perfect blend of relaxation and self-discovery, with guided yoga classes and meditations, nature walks and nourishing meals.

The Accommodation
All rooms are sharing rooms with their own en-suite bathroom. All bedding and towels are provided.
If you are booking with friends, you can be added to the same room. If you are booking solo (most people will be doing this option) I will match you up in a room with others.

1:30pm onwards - Arrivals, room check-in and welcome snacks
3pm - Opening Circle
4pm - Yoga Flow
6:30pm - Evening Meal
8pm - Restorative Yoga
9:30pm onwards - free time to enjoy an early night, relax by the fire, star gaze or stay up and chat
Saturday
If you’re an early riser, spend this time how you wish. You can enjoy a brew, read a book, go for a morning stroll - have some time just for you
Breakfast will be available all morning
9am - Morning Energising Yoga Flow
10:30am - optional hike (feel free to stay at the venue or explore on your own)
2pm - Late Lunch
3pm onwards - Free Time
6:30pm - Evening Meal
8pm - Yin Yoga & Meditation
Sunday
If you’re an early riser, spend this time how you wish. You can enjoy a brew, read a book, go for a morning stroll - have some time just for you
Breakfast will be available all morning
9am - Morning Energising Yoga Flow
10am - Closing Circle
11am - Brunch & Goodbyes
Check out is at 12pm
Snacks will be available at all times - you won’t go hungry on this retreat!
Investment & Payment Options
The investment for this retreat is £365 per person
£65 deposit will secure your space - this is non-refundable
The remaining £300 can be paid in instalments - with 50% of the total due by 1st Jan and the remaining amount due by 1st April

A yoga mat if you have one. I will have a few spare so please let me know if you don’t have your own.
A cushion (or bolster if you have one)
